About This Shop
QEF is a leading disability charity working with people with physical and learning disabilities or acquired brain injuries to help them increase independence and improve opportunities for life.
With 75 years’ experience, our four specialist departments provide expert development, assessment, rehabilitation, and training for disabled adults from across the UK. Whether it’s learning everyday life skills, rebuilding a life affected by brain injury, acquiring the skills to drive a specially adapted car, or training for future employment, we support disabled people to ensure they have the same opportunities as everyone else.
QEF currently has 19 retail shops in Surrey, each run by a shop manager and a great team of volunteers. We sell a wide range of donated goods (clothing, bric-a-brac, book, toys, and games). One of our shops in Chessington is fully stocked with donated items for children. In a number of our shops (Cheam, Leatherhead, and Shepperton) you will also find a fantastic range of donated furniture for sale. We even offer a delivery service so you can get your new acquisition home without any hassle. In many instances, we can also collect your unwanted furniture for sale in our shops. By shopping with us you’ll be helping our work to assist disabled people in achieving their goals for life.
