New stylish charity shop opens in Bruntsfield
Fashion followers of Edinburgh will be thrilled to learn that Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) has opened a brand new boutique shop in Bruntsfield on Thurs 26th July.
The shop was opened by local service users who attend CHSS’s Rehabilitation Support Service in Edinburgh for support to help them rebuild their confidence and get their lives back on track following a stroke.
The shop opened at the former Murray & Murray Ltd store at 131 Bruntsfield Place.
The charity is well-known for its quirky and stylish boutique shops that are filled with high-quality one of a kind.

Aimee Foster-Boyd, Regional Retail Manager CHSS, said, “We are delighted to have opened a new boutique store in Bruntsfield. Our neighbouring shop in Morningside has received great support from the local community over the years and we can’t wait to settle into the Bruntsfield community.”
“Our shops have a vital part to play in raising funds to help make a real difference to the people we help every day throughout Scotland and their quality of life. With your help, we can make sure there is No Life Half Lived for anyone affected by chest, heart, or stroke conditions.”
The new boutique is set to be busy and is in need of volunteers to help run the shop and high-quality donations to fill its shelves.
Emma Cameron, Shop Manager CHSS, said, “It’s been amazing to see the shop transform into the fabulous boutique it is now! I can’t wait to get going with the team. Our volunteers are vital in helping us run our shops and we would love to recruit more volunteers and welcome them into the team. We have some fantastic volunteering opportunities available.
