About Odiham Cottage Hospital
About This Shop
Odiham Cottage Hospital has been serving its community for over 100 years. For the past 25 years, the hospital has been owned by a charity that supports the services at OCH and in the wider community.
No longer an inpatient facility, the hospital provides a range of health and social care services to local people in need.
At the hospital, the following services can be found: NHS community nurses, specialty nurse clinics, autistic children’s therapy, and support, volunteer-led Befriending service for the isolated and lonely, youth counseling sessions, and various other clinics and related group activities. In the community the OCH charity supports frailty nurses at the local GP practices, canine therapy to local school children family support groups nad community palliative care services.
All of this is made possible thanks to the community’s support of the OCH charity.
Retail profits are a very important part of our funding requirements and our charity shops are staffed by an enthusiastic and skillful team of volunteers. We are grateful to everyone who supports our shops by volunteering, donating goods to sell, and our generous customer base too.
